3. Inquiries & Proposals
Project scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal or signed agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Website content, visuals, branding, and design are owned by Studio Scream or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Client Materials
If you provide logos, images, footage, or text, you confirm you have the rights to share and authorize us to use them to deliver services.
6. Confidentiality
If confidential information is exchanged during discussions, both parties agree to keep it confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
AI-Assisted Content
Studio Scream may use artificial intelligence-assisted technologies during concept development,
visual exploration, content drafting, design support, event visualization, mockup creation,
research assistance, and internal workflow optimization.
AI-assisted materials may be used as part of creative studies, proposals, presentations,
drafts, and project development processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, AI-assisted outputs are provided as creative support materials
and do not constitute a guarantee of technical feasibility, final production appearance,
performance results, or exclusive ownership of underlying AI-generated elements.
Concept Visualization Disclaimer
Visualizations, renderings, mockups, stage designs, architectural impressions, event concepts,
and similar presentation materials are intended to communicate creative direction and general
project intent.
Final production outcomes may vary due to technical requirements, venue conditions, operational
constraints, supplier availability, budget, safety requirements, client approvals, or regulatory
factors.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Studio Scream will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
9. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing Law
